Available pros around you get an instant alert. When one accepts, you see their name, rating and completed jobs, and you confirm them.

Follow them. Give the PIN at the door.
Follow your pro on the map. When they arrive, give them your 4-digit PIN in person: it proves they're really there. Then you rate each other.

Your 4-digit PIN is the proof of presence. Your pro enters it when they arrive. No PIN, no start.
Two-way ratings
After the job, you rate your pro and your pro rates you. Respect works both ways.

How much does Dring cost?
Posting a request is free for clients. You pay the pro directly for the work, at the price you agree with them. Dring doesn't set prices.
Who can see my address?
Pros nearby only see your town. Your exact address, access details and phone number go only to the pro you confirm. Once the job is over, the address is hidden again.
What's the PIN for?
When you confirm a pro, the app shows you a 4-digit PIN. Give it to them in person when they arrive: entering it proves they're really at your door, and the job can start. Never send it by message.
What if no pro accepts?
Your request stays open for the time you choose, from 1 hour to 3 days. If nobody accepts before it expires, you can post it again in a tap.
Is Dring an emergency service?
No. If anyone is in danger — fire, a smell of gas, someone hurt — call emergency services first: 112 in Belgium and France, 911 in Canada and the United States.
